超高分子量聚乙烯及其复合材料摩擦/蠕变复合过程初探

【摘要】 由于高聚物材料所特有的粘弹性,超高分子量聚乙烯作为摩擦学材料的抗蠕变性能差,蠕变和摩擦热交互作用,摩擦磨损规律变得很复杂,存在着蠕变-摩擦-磨损-蠕变的复合摩擦过程。为此考察了超高分子量聚乙烯及其复合材料在静态蠕变-摩擦交替条件下摩擦学性能的变化,并结合蠕变曲线和摩擦热的影响,初步探讨了热塑性塑料类摩擦学材料静态蠕变-摩擦交替条件下的变形规律。结果表明,Cu改性超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料能的抗蠕变性能较好。
【Abstract】 Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as a kind of tribological material is facing the alternate and/or combined effect of creep and friction, because of the viscoelasticity properties, and the wear mechanisms become very complex. This is because there exists an interaction between the creep deformation and friction heat. The variation of properties of UHMWPE and UHMWPE-based composites modified with copper under the condition of alternate static creep deformation and sliding friction was examined. Based on the creep deformation curve and the effect of friction heat, the deformation mechanism of thermoplastic polymer as tribological materials under alternate condition of static creep deformation and friction is discussed. The test results indicate that UHMWPE-based composites modified with copper show improved resistance to creep deformation.
