复合材料粘结涂层耐磨性的实验研究
Experimental Study on Wear Resistance of Composite Adhesion Coatings

【摘要】 研制了复合材料粘结涂层,在实验室环境下考察了粘结涂层的耐磨性。结果表明,粘结涂层的平均耐磨性是45#调质钢的2倍以上。
【Abstract】 A kind of composite bonded solid lubricant coating was prepared. The wear-resistance of the resulting coating sliding against AISI-1045 steel was examined with an MM-200 friction and wear test rig. As the results, the coating showed much better wear-resistance than the substrate steel. This was attributed to the friction-reducing and antiwear ability of the coating.
