等离子喷涂Ni-Cr合金基复合润滑涂层的耐磨性能研究

【摘要】 采用等离子喷涂技术制备了Ni-Cr合金基自润滑抗磨复合涂层,并考察了复合涂层的减摩和抗磨性能.结果表明,在300~900℃干摩擦下,具有最佳组成的复合涂层的滑动摩擦系数低于0.2,磨损率低于0.23×10-5mm3/N·m; 均达到了预期的技术要求,该复合涂层在常温至900℃表现出良好的润滑效果,实现了高低温润滑的有效复合。

【Abstract】 The self-lubricating and anti-wear composite coatings were prepared by plasma spraying of various hard phases and solid lubricant phases into Ni-Cr alloy coating. The friction and wear behavior of the resulting composite coatings was evaluated under dry rolling and sliding conditions, respectively. As the results, the composite coating of optimized compositions shows a low friction coefficient and much small wear rate, which meets the specification requirement. This is attributed to the synergistic friction-reducing and wear-resistant behavior of the various hard phases and solid lubricants in the coatings. Especially, the hard phase Cr3C2 contributes to considerably decrease the wear rate of the composite at high temperatures.
