WC等离子喷涂涂层与GCr15钢配副的摩擦磨损特性研究

【摘要】 采用自制的销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机、光学及扫描电子显微镜,研究了WC等离子喷涂涂层与GCr15钢配副的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:WC涂层的耐磨性能比基体材料(HT250)提高了2个数量级,摩擦系数高于灰铸铁, 对配副材料造成的磨损率基本相当。因此,WC涂层可有效提高钢铁制动摩擦副的使用性能和使用寿命。WC涂层的磨损失效机理主要表现为疲劳剥落。

【Abstract】 The dry sliding friction and wear characteristics of plasma-sprayed WC coatings against SAE-52100 steel were investigated using a pin-on-disk tester made in our laboratory. An optical microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the surface morphology and microstructure of the coatings and worn surfaces. The results indicate that WC coating register wear rates of about two orders of magnitude lower than that of the matrix material (HT250), while they show higher factional coefficients than cast iron. More important, the coatings lead to almost the same counterface wear rates as the cast iron. Thus the coatings could be used to increase the wear resistance and service life of cast-iron-based braking parts. Moreover, the coatings is characterized by peeling and fatigue in sliding against SAE-52100 steel.
