ZS添加剂在不同油品中对不同摩擦副的适应性研究

【摘要】 运用改装的四球试验机考察了ZS添加剂在不同油中对不同摩擦副的磨损自补偿摩擦学效应。研究表明:ZS添加剂对油品和摩擦副均具有良好的适应性,对摩擦副及其配副件产生了优异的自补偿耐磨效应、零磨损效应和自修复效应,并能根据系统条件变化自动调整自补偿效应。
【Abstract】 The wear-self-compensation effect of ZS additives for different rubbing pairs in various oils was investigated in a ring-on-ring plane contact configuration on reequipped four-ball machine. The results indicated that ZS additives possessed excellent adjustability to various oils and rubbing pairs, and performed outstanding self-compensation anti-wear and zero-wear and self-replenishment effects. They could also adjust automatically the self-compensation effects along with the change of the system conditions.
