【摘要】 以 MO-B 防锈剂和 B-N 极压剂作主要成份制备了一种新型磨削液。经专用试验台架试验、攻丝扭矩测定和磨削生产验证确认:该磨削液能降低磨削力、提高磨削比、改善加工表面质量。该磨削液不含亚硝酸盐、油脂,BOD、 COD 值均较小,易于生物降解,故具有重要的环保价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 SP202,a new type grinding fluid,is made from MOB antirusting agent and B-N EP agent as main ingredients.It has been confirmed by the bench test,Tapping torque measurement and grinding factory verification that can reducing grinding stress.Increasing grinding ratio and efficiency,and improving surface quality.It’s BOD and COD are also low,Bio-degradation well.Therefore,the grinding fluid is of great importance to environmental protection.更多还原
