ZS添加剂在不同油品中对不同摩擦副的适应性研究

【摘要】 运用改装的四球试验机考察了 ZS 添加剂在不同油中对不同摩擦副的磨损自补偿摩擦学效应,研究表明:ZS 添加剂对各种油品和摩擦副均具有良好的适应性,对摩擦副及其配副件产生了优异的自补偿耐磨效应、零磨损效应和自修复效应。能根据系统条件变化自动调整自补偿效应。
【Abstract】 Wear-serf-compensation tribological effects of ZS additives for different rubbing pairs in various oils have been studied with application of reequipped four-ball tester.The research results indicated:ZS additives possessed excellent adjustability to various oils and rubbing pairs,and performed outstanding self-compensation anti-wear and zero-wear and self-renovation effects.They adjust automatically the self-compensation effects along with the change of system conditions.
