二氧化硅单晶在干摩擦及醇润滑下的摩擦学行为及机制
Friction and Wear of SiO2 Under Dry Sliding and Lubricated Condition

【摘要】 利用 SRV 球-盘磨损试验机考察了 SiO2单晶/GCr15钢球在干摩擦及正丁醇、正癸醇润滑下的摩擦学性能。结果表明,与干摩擦相比,正丁醇及正癸醇不但降低了 SiO2单晶/GCr15钢球摩擦副的摩擦系数并大大降低了 SiO2单晶的磨损体积,其中正癸醇的效果尤其明显。用 EP- MA 对其摩擦磨损机理做了进一步研究。分析结果表明,在干摩擦条件下,SiO2单晶主要发生了磨粒磨损;在正丁醇及正癸醇润滑下则主要发生了磨粒磨损及摩擦化学磨损,SiO2单晶的摩擦磨损性能同摩擦化学反应膜的剪切强度有关。
【Abstract】 The tribological properties of SiO2/GCr15 both in dry air,1-butanoland 1-decanol were carried out using SRV ball-on-disk test rig.The tribological test results demonstrate that 1-butanol and 1-decanol re- duce the friction coefficient and wear volume of SiO2 significantly as compared with dry sliding condition.EP- MA have been utilized to explore the mechanisms.Analyses of worn surface indicates that under dry air con- dition,the major wear mechanism of SiO2 is abrasive wear;whereas under lubricated condition,the main wear mechanism of SiO2 is abrasive and tribochemical wear.
