内燃机缸套——活塞环配副性研究
Study on the Mating Characteristics of Cylinder /Piston Ring in Engine

【摘要】 分析了缸套活塞环副的摩擦学系统作用,为探讨其结构特性,特在给定模拟系统条件下,针对目前正在生产应用和开发的一些耐磨技术处理的活塞环和缸套的配副性进行了研究。实验结果表明,从配副性入手,正确选择缸套和活塞环的配副,对于提高其耐磨性还有很大潜力。
【Abstract】 Interaction between the elements of a tribological system of cylinder/piston ring pairs was analysed in this paper, and under certain simulate testing conditions the mating characteristics of cylinder/piston ring pairs was studied which several anti-wear surface treatment processes applying and developing are used to treat cylinder and piston ring at present. The results indicated: the study of mating property is essential to optimize the mating body of cylinder/piston ring correctly, and this research method is remarkably useful to improve the wear resistance of cylinder/piston ring friction pairs.
