激光毛化表面的测量和评价
The Measuring and Describing of the Laser-textured Surface Profile

【摘要】 本文对激光毛化表面以及在该类表面形貌的测量和评价中遇到的问题进行了介绍和总结, 并根据实践经验提出了解决问题的一些方法和原则。
【Abstract】 The laser-textured surface profile and the problems met in its measuring and describing have been discussed in this paper. Several principles have been proposed in order to cope with these problems.
