硫磷酸锑抗磨剂的摩擦学特性研究

【摘要】 合成出润滑油极压抗磨剂硫磷酸锑,在四球机及环块式摩擦磨损试验机上研究了它的摩擦学性能,并与ZDTP作了对比.试验结果表明,硫磷酸锑可明显降低基础油的摩擦系数,提高基础油的最大无卡咬负荷和烧结负荷,抗磨性也得到明显改善,并且优于常用的ZDTP.
【Abstract】 Antimony di-iso-octyl dithiophosphate had been synthesized. Its tribological behavior as an antiwear and EP agent for lubricating oil was evaluated on a four-ball machine and a HQ-1 block-on-ring test rig and compared with that of ZDTP. The results showed that the additive is of great significance in friction reduction and wear resistance, With the addition of the additive, coefficient of friction of the base oil decreased over 30%, whereas the initial seizure load and welding load increased about 300X, which indicated advantage over ZDTP. In addition, the additive demonstrated much smaller diameters of steel balls after four-ball tests in various conditions.
