温度对线型和交联聚酰亚胺摩擦磨损性能的影响

【摘要】 用栓-盘式磨损试验机考察了温度对线型和交联聚酰亚胺(PI)摩擦磨损特性的影响.结果表明:随温度的升高.线型PI的摩擦系数呈先升高然后下降的趋势.而交联PI的摩擦系数不断下降:两者的磨损均随温度的升高而升高,交联PI的磨损大干线型PI.结合SEM、 FTIR和XPS分析结果.作者认为影响PI摩擦磨损性能的原因,对线型PI归结为摩擦表面层物理状态发生了由玻璃态、高弹态到粘流态的变化,对交联PI则为摩擦表面层发生的复杂的摩擦化学反应.

【Abstract】 The effect of temperature on the friction-wear properties of the crosslinked and linear polyimide(PI) were studied using a pln-on-disc tester. It was found that, with temperature increasing friction coefficient of the linear PI increased then decreased, Friction coefficient of crosslinked PI decreased continuously. Wear rate of the Pls increased with temperature increased. Wear rate of the crosslinked PI was higher than that of the linear PI. SEM, FTIR and XPS analyses show that the surface layer of the linear PI changes from glassy body, elastomer to melting body, the surface of the crosslinked occurs mixed friction chemical reaction, which effect friction-wear properties of the Pls.
