缩聚烷基苯新型合成油的摩擦学特性的研究

【摘要】 本工作对我们新研制的低凝点缩聚烷基苯新结构合成润滑油进行了四球机摩擦特性考查,并和其他类型基础润滑剂(矿物油、聚α-烯烃油、双酯油以及季戊四醇酯合成油)进行了对比.试验结果表明:无添加剂时基础油的摩擦性能除季戊四醇酯外研制油同其他油料相差不大.然而它们与各种抗磨极压剂的感受性(添加1%wt)却相差很大: 1.抗磨性(D294N30mm)研制油Ⅱ对磷酸三甲酚酯与PN型TAW感受性最好(0.31,0.36),其他依次是氯化石蜡(T-301)、二苄基二硫(T-302)、ZDDP(T-203)、硫化异丁烯(T-321).2.临界负荷(Pb值) 研制油Ⅱ对T-301极压剂感受性最好(862N),其他依次是:T-203、磷酸三甲酚酯、T-321和TAW,T-302最差(431N).3.摩擦系数(f)则同粘度、载荷和添加剂有关系.

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studied the tribology property of the new type synthetic lubricants, which were c-polymerized from alkylbenzene and had low pour point, by four ball test, and compared with other type base lubricants(mineral oil, poly alpha-olefin oil, di-esters oil and pentaerythrite ester oil). The result indicates that the tribology property of base oils (no additives) haven’t much difference between the new type oils and other base oils except pentaerythrite ester oil. But their preceptibility to virous anti-wear and extreme pressure additives (l%wt) have much difference: 1. Antiwear property (D294N30’): The prepared oils ( Ⅱ ) with tritoly phosphate and P-N type TAW have the best preceptibility (0.31, 0.36); others are chlorparaffins(T-301), dibenzyl disulfid(T-302), ZDDP(T203), sulfated isobutene(T-321) in turn. 2. Critical load (Pb): The prepared oil ( Ⅱ ) with T-301 has the best preceptibility (862); others are T-203, tricresol phosphate(TCP), T-321 and TAW in turn; T-302 is the most poor (431N). 3. Friction coefficient(f): It is in relation to viscosity, load and additives.
