【Abstract】 According to recent researching state of non-asbestos,the flake reinforced vermiculite friction material has been made out on the basis of recipe research and technology adjustment. Flake material - vermiculite is reinforced bulk. Modified resin is basal bulk. The tests of properties manifest that its impact strength is high, friction factor is suitable and smooth,wear is low especially in high temperature and cost is low.
