常温锡青铜镶嵌型固体润滑剂材料的研究

【摘要】 用栓-盘式端面摩擦磨损试验机于常温干摩擦条件下,对PTFE、石墨等几种固体润滑剂镶嵌锡青铜轴承进行了摩擦磨损性能考察.结果说明,不同成分的固体润滑剂嵌入均可使锡青铜轴承的摩擦学性能提高,其中PTFE比石墨的润滑效果好,而适量石墨的存在可以使PTFE的减摩抗磨性能进一步提高.X-射线衍射(XRD)、俄歇电子能谱(AES)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS) 等分析结果表明,摩擦表面固体润滑剂转移膜的形成是镶嵌轴承摩擦学性能提高的主要原因,转移膜的成分不同导致轴承发生粘着磨损的程度不同。
【Abstract】 The friction and wear properties of PTFE and/or graphite embedded tin-bronze bearings were studied using a pin-on-disc tester under dry sliding friction at room temperature. The results indicated that solid lubricants improve the tribological properties of tin-bronze bearings, PTFE shows better lubricating results as compared to graphite, and the combination of suitable content of graphite with PTFE gives an even further friction reduction and antiwear performance. The friction surfaces were analyzed by means of X-ray Diffraction(XRD), Auger Electron Spectroscopy(AES) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS). Analyses show that the formation of the transfer film with solid lubricant results in the improvement in tribological behaviours, and different composition of transfer films led to different adhesive wear of the bearings.
