蒸馏水润滑下Si3N4-灰铸铁摩擦面上表面膜形成过程的观察

【摘要】 为了探讨蒸馏水润滑下Si3N4与灰铸铁配副摩擦时,摩擦面上表面膜的形成机理,在SEM下观察了灰铸铁磨面表面膜的形成过程,并对其形成机理进行了初步分析.结果表明,Si3N4在水润滑下摩擦时磨面上发生了氧化和水解反应,导致其磨面变得超光滑;当Si3N4与灰铸铁配副时,由于灰铸铁中石墨对Si3N4氧化和水解产物的吸附,导致反应产物富集于铸铁磨面的石墨片周围,脱水聚合后形成硅胶,从而在磨面形成具有一定厚度和面积的含硅胶的表面膜,表面膜的形成保护了陶瓷和铸铁磨面,使其变得很光滑,从而使摩擦系数降至0.02,并使系统磨损率几乎接近于零.
【Abstract】 In order to observe the tribofilm formation on the worn surface of gray iron for Si3N4-gray iron pair lubricated with distilled water, the wear tests with different sliding distances were carried out on a wear tester type M-200. Then the worn surfaces were detected by means of SEM. Furtheremore, the formation mechanism of the tribofilm was explored simply. The results showed that the tribofilm formation was due to the adsorption of graphite in cast iron to the resultant of oxidation and hydrolysis of Si3N4. The formation of the tribofilm facilitates the surfaces of Si3N4 and iron to smooth. As a result, the friction coefficient of the pair is lowered to 0.02, and the wear rates of Si3N4 and iron are near zero.
