汕尾发电厂循环水泵房前池及流道优化研究
Optimizing research on the head pond and flow channel in water circulating pump room of Shan Wei electric generating plant

【摘要】 大容量电厂循环水泵房进水流道的水力性能设计对保证循环水泵的安全和高效运行至关重要,对降低循环水泵房的土建投资也有重要作用。受地形条件的限制,汕尾发电厂循环水泵房进水前池设置在90°转弯的位置,通过物理模型试验研究,经过多方案的试验比较分析,提出了改善进水前池及进水流道流态的推荐方案。在保证吸水室内的水流均匀平稳,避免回流和涡流的产生,满足泵房安全、高效的运用要求的前提下,为电厂节约了大量的土建投资。
【Abstract】 It’s very important that the hydraulic characteristics design about flow channel of water circulating pump room in a big capacity electric generating plant is to ensure for its safety and high effective operation, it is also important to low down the funds for its civil engineering . Because of the limitation of local topography, the head pond in the circulating pump room of Shan Wei electric generating plant is set on the place of 90o turning corner, the scheme in this article recommends to improve the flow condition of head pond and flow channel, through physical model experimental study and to compare and analyze among many schemes. The flow is uniform in the suction well and it avoids the eddy and backflow. Under the precondition to meet the demands of safety and high effective motion in the pump room, it can be saved a lot of funds for its civil engineering.
