轴流泵内部流动特性的数值研究

【摘要】 利用Fluent软件,对某大型轴流泵在不同的工况下的内部流动进行了三维湍流数值模拟。分析了泵内过流部件表面的压力分布、泵内流场速度分布,以及泵进口段、导叶段和弯管段的水力损失,计算了泵的扬程和效率与流量关系,将计算结果与试验进行了对比,两者能较好的吻合。该研究将对轴流泵设计起到一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of the internal flow of an axial flow pump in different operating conditions was done with Fluent. The pressure and the velocity distributions of the internal flow were analyzed. The hydraulic loss of the inlet,guide vane and elbow bend were calculated.The relationships between the head, the efficiency and flow were obtained. It shows that the calculated results agree well with the experimental data.The research is helpful for design of the axial flow pump.
