两种特殊类型水泵CFD性能预测方法

【摘要】 本文分析了两种特殊类型水泵——旋流泵、旋喷泵结构特点和工作原理,提出了模拟其内部流动的各自数值方法。对旋流泵,在绝对和相对的双参考系下,一次完成其内部流动计算;对旋喷泵,叶轮流道部分单独在相对坐标下计算,而转子腔和集流管部分在绝对坐标下计算。根据计算结果,分析了旋流泵和旋喷泵内部流场和压力分布,与实测扬程比较,泵扬程的预测值具有相当的精度。本文的方法对旋流泵和旋喷泵内部流动分析、性能预测、提高效率和优化设计具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure characters and operation principles are analyzed about two special types of pumps-vortex pump and roto-jet pump. The numerical methods of simulating the internal flow are put forward, respectively. The computing within the vortex pump is once done at both absolute and relative coordinates. But with respect to roto-jet pump, the part of impellor is computed individually at the relative coordinate, and the common part of rotor cavity and flow arrester is simulated together at the absolute coordinate. According to the results, the internal flow fields and pressure distributions are analyzed in the vortex pump and roto-jet pump. To be campared with the experiments, the values of the pump water heads have quite a precision. The method in this paper is very useful for internal flow analysis, performance prediction, efficiency increase and optimum design of vortex pump and roto-jet pump.
