气体保护层磨料水射流应用前景研究

【摘要】 提出了采用气体保护层磨料水射流针进行水下切割的新方法,用简化方法分析了气体保护层对改善射流密集性、提高切割能力的机理,论述了气体保护层磨料水射流的应用前景。
【Abstract】 New method for under-water cutting, in which gas protection layer is utilized, is proposed. A simplified method is used to study the mechanism of improvement of the jet flow’s concentration and cutting performance. The application prospect of AWJ with gas protection layer is discussed.
