【摘要】 DUS测试是由植物新品种保护审批机关委托指定的测试机构运用相应的技术和标准对申请品种权的植物新品种进行特异性、一致性和稳定性(简称DUS)的试验和分析测试的过程。论述了DUS测试的应用范围、内容、形式和研究概况;阐述了植物新品种保护(简称PVP)及其与品种审定的关系、对农业经济发展的作用及中国植物新品种保护的基本状况,以期为育种家提供系统而丰富的植物新品种保护相关信息。并讨论了中国植物新品种保护急需做的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The utility confine, content, mode ,summary study of DUS testing was reviewed in this paper , respectivly. As same as the relationship between new plant variety protection (PVP) and examination of variety ,the PVP function for agricultural economy and basic case of PVP in China was indicated. To provide systermatic informations of PVP for breeders, it was our aimd. And based on above, some principal problems of PVP in China were suggested in paper.更多还原
