【摘要】 三角叶薯蓣是甾体激素药物的重要药源植物之一,薯蓣皂甙含量较高,具有较高的经济价值。目前, 其野生资源已濒临灭绝,急需开展人工种植。我们对三角叶薯蓣进行了驯化栽培试验研究,结果表明:三角叶薯蓣在丽江坝和鲁甸村生长良好,能正常开花结实;其产量和薯蓣皂甙含量与年龄关系密切,以栽培生长3年收获为宜;在鲁甸村3年生平均鲜产量为41．1 t/hm2,丽江坝为32．1 t／hm2;通过试验,总结出了一套适合大田栽培的技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dioscorea deltoidea is one of the most important medicinal plants extracting diosgenine. It is a very valuable plant with higher diosgenine content. Now the natural resource is becoming extinct, artificial cultivation is critical and urgent. We conducted domestic cultivation experiments on Dioscorea daltoidea. Results showed that Dioscorea deltoidea could grow well in Lijiang and Lu-dian village. The output and diosgenine content are closely related with cultivation age. The best harvest time is 3 years. The fresh output is 41.1 t/hm2 in Ludian village, and 32.1 t/hm2 in Lijiang area. Through this experiment, we summarized cultivation techniques for large area artificial cultivation.更多还原
