【摘要】 用符合系数(COC)对玉米 DUS 测试标准品种在云南种植结果与指南的差异性进行了分析。结果显示: 除 U8112、丹340、齐318、齐319的符合系数小于0．85外,其余的均大于0．95,武314、H21、获白、H4、多黄29、铁7922、掖52106和黄 C 的符合系数等于1,品种的适应性和来源与符合系数的大小无显著关系。约 69．05%的性状的符合系数大于0．98,其中有16个性状的符合系数为1;68．75%的必测性状的符合系数为0．99和 1,数量性状符合系数比质量性状小。从植株生长的不同时期和部位来看,符合系数大小依次为:生育期性状＞雌穗性状＞茎(株高、位高)叶性状＞雄穗性状。更多还原

【Abstract】 A difference between field character of maize standard variety in Yunnan and description of guide for DUS testing were analysed by coefficient of coincidence(COC)in this paper.The results as followed:(1)Except for varieties which their coefficient of coincidence were less than 0.85,e.g.U8112,Dan340,Qi318 and Qi319 etc,all of others were above 0.g5.The COC of varieties about Wu314,H21,Huobai,H4,Duohuang29,Tie7922,Ye52106 and Huang-c were 1.00.As same as the origins of varieties,there were not significant relationships between the COC and adaptabilities.(2) The COC about 69.05% of characters were above 0.98,and 16 characters were 1.The COC about 68.75% of characters which it must be tested by Maize DUS testing,were 0.99 and 1.The COC of qualitative traits were bigger than quantitive traits.(3)From high to low,the COC of characters of maize standard varieties were sequenced as follows:the period of growth＞female ear＞characters of stems and leaves＞male ear.更多还原
