侵染马铃薯的一个Tospovirus混合分离物的鉴定、纯化及多抗血清制备

【摘要】 在昆明地区栽培的马铃薯病株上分离鉴定出含有番茄斑萎病毒属(Tospovirus)番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV)和花生环斑病毒(Groundnut ringspot virus,GRSV)。利用蔗糖垫及差速离心法提纯了该混合分离物,提纯病毒免疫家兔5次,得到 TSWV 和 GRSV 的混合抗血清,所制备的抗血清经间接 ELISA 测定效价为1:2 560。
【Abstract】 Tospovirus,Tomato spotted wilt virus and Groundnut ringspot virus,isolates were obtained and identified from potato plants in Kunming District.The isolates were isolated and purified from plants by differential speed and 20%(w/v) sucrose.The virions was purified.The purified virions immunized rabbit 5 times.The fitre of antiserum was 1:2560 in indi- rect ELISA test.
