【摘要】 对采自云南省各地州烟草根结线虫发生地域的土壤、病根样品进行根结线虫卵寄生真菌的筛选、测定, 从中筛选到了5株对南方根结线虫卵寄生率达69．5%～95．5%的菌株。田间小区试验表明,生防菌剂在烤烟团棵期前对南方根结线虫防效可达35．49%～84．29%,其中生防菌 FDT-10、HLD-5-8的防治效果与化学药剂相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Soil and roots were collected from fields where the tobacco nematode disease occurred.The parasitical fungi were isolated from larvae and eggs and 5 of 432 strains were effective in vitro by the examination of parasitical and hatching rotes of eggs,the parasitical rates of the eggs of M.incognita were ranged from 69.5% to 95.5%.And their biocontrol efficacy were from 35.49 to 84.29% when they were tested in the trails.Among them starins FDT-10 and HLD-5-8 showed similar control efficacy with chemical pestiside.更多还原
