【摘要】 [目的]消除HPLC指纹图谱的基线漂移.[方法]对HPLC指纹图谱进行多分辨分析的小波变换.[结果]有效地消除了HPLC指纹图谱的基线漂移,以田基黄的HPLC指纹图谱为例,基线漂移达到了78.4%～96.7%的抑制.[结论]由于多分辨分析能够把信号中的低频部分分离开来,展示信号低频部分的发展趋势的特性,所以多分辨分析的小波变换能够有效的消除HPLC指纹图谱的基线漂移,从而减少了利用HPLC指纹图谱来进行中药检测的偏差.更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objectives] To correct the baseline shift in high performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] Correct the baseline shift by multi-resolution analysis which is one method of wavelet transform. [Resdt] The baseline has been corrected perfectly.For example,the baseline shift in Hyperieum japonieum Thunb HPLC only remains 21.6%～3.3%.[Conclusions] As multi-resolution analysis has the character- istic that it can show the signal’s trend of the low frequency part,it can be applied to correct the baseline shift in high performance liquid chromatography.更多还原
