庚辰铁厂高炉喷煤制粉监控系统
The supervision of pulverized coal preparation system for injection in blast furnace in Gengchen iron factory

【摘要】 通过分析高炉喷煤制粉的工艺过程,用西门子系列的S7-300和WCC6.0实现了对制粉过程的监控.系统功能完善,人机界面简洁清晰.通过PID算法实现了制粉过程中模拟量的控制,控制结果安全有效.
【Abstract】 A supervision system of pulverized coal preparation system was realized using Simatic S7-300 and WCC,after analyze the technics of pulverized coal preparation.The HMI of the perfect system is concision and clear.The simulation quantity control result is safety and efficiency pulverized after using PID control in coal preparation.
