【摘要】 国有大中型企业办医院是计划经济的产物。企业医院是全社会卫生资源的重要组成部分。分离企业医院实质上是管理体制、运行机制适应市场经济变化的过程,是医疗资源的调整、重组与优化的过程。企业是分离的主体,应尊重企业选择。文章提出从企业意愿出发可以采取的分离的形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hospital managed by state-owned enterprise which was large-middle type was a products of planning economics.It was an important part of health resources of the whole society.The separation of the enterprise-hospital was substantially a procedure which was for the management system and running-mechanism to fit in with the change of the market economics and a procedure which was for adjustment,restructure and optimization.The enterprise was a principal part by which is separated.The selection of the enterprises would be respected.In the paper,it was suggested that the separated modality would be conform to desire of the enterprises.更多还原
