【Abstract】 In this paper,a method of fabricating STM tips was reported.Moreover,according to the principle of freely falling-body,a new electrochemical device for separating the tip and the solution during fabricating STM tips was constructed.In addition the comparison with the tip-lift method using the step motor was made.The experiments and the analysis show that the method is simple and economical,it has the higher separating speed and gives good results.更多还原
