PZT电滞曲线和回零偏差的测量及其对扫描成像的影响

【摘要】 本文利用迈氏干涉法测量压电陶瓷扫描头(PZT)的电滞曲线和灵敏度因子。作出了 PZT 的电滞曲线,得到了灵敏度因子,测出了由电滞特性造成的扫描头不同电压正负回零偏差,讨论了 PZT 的电滞特性对样品形貌图像的影响及减小误差的方法。
【Abstract】 The measurements of the hysteresis loop and sensitivity of PZT using Michelson interferometer are described.The hysteresis loop and sensitivity of PZT,as well as the zero deviation caused by the hysteresis loop are measured.Finally,the influence of the hysteresis loop on the sample imaging and the method to reduce the imaging error are discussed.
