取代苯基硫脲在Au表面自组装单分子膜的AFM观察

【摘要】 采用自组装(SA)技术制备了对甲苯基硫脲、对氯苯基硫脲和2,4,6-三溴苯基硫脲在 Au 表面的自组装单分子膜(SAMs)。在 Au-溶液界面,硫脲 S 原子与 Au 相互作用形成 Au-S 键诱导吸附分子形成取向有序排列的单分子膜。用原子力显微镜(AFM)对单分子膜进行了直接观察,AFM 所获得的结构信息与椭圆偏振测量、接触角测量和 X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析结果一致。
【Abstract】 Self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)of p-methylphenylthiourea,p-chlorophenylthiourea and 2,4,6-tribro- mophenylthiourea were prepared by self-assembly technique.Au-S bond formed by the interaction between sul- fur atom and gold at interface of gold-solution,which induce molecules form oriented and ordered monolayers. The SAMs were directly observed with atomic force microscope(AFM).Results obtained by AFM are consistent with that of ellipsometry,contact angle measurement and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS).
