基于随机失效序列分析的液压系统动态可靠性研究

【摘要】 分析传统可靠性建模理论存在的缺陷,引入随机失效序列的概念定义及理论体系。针对当前随机失效序列可靠性研究方法的不足,提出基于随机失效序列分析的动态可靠性计算方法,建立了基于随机失效序列的串联、并联及混联系统的可靠性数学模型,最后以航天发射塔摆杆系统中的液压系统为例,验证方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 The limitations of traditional reliability modeling theories were analyzed,the concept and definition of stochastic failure sequence were introduced.Aiming to solve the shortcomings in the traditional reliability theories,a new method based on stochastic failure sequence was proposed which is based on dynamic reliability analysis,the mathematical models of series system,parallel system and compound system were established based on stochastic failure sequence.An example of hydraulic system is given out to validate the effectiveness of the method.
