【Abstract】 The production and management in non-polluted mutton is a intricate systems engineering.This paper discuss the quality control in non-polluted mutton production,in building of breed aquatics field,indraught seed sheep,use of feed and additive,use of animal drug,animal epidemic prevention,sanitation and antisepsis,slaughter and machining, quarantine and casing,store and traffic.There has instruct action for production and distribution of non-polluted motton, improve economy benefit of sheep production.更多还原
