基于高光谱植被指数的棉花地上生物量估算模型研究

【摘要】 用所测试的8个棉花品种及其中2品种设4种不同种植密度的生育期冠层反射光谱,与棉花地上部鲜干生物量进行了相关分析,表明反射光谱与棉花地上部鲜干生物量分别在红光波段670nm、659nm 达到最大相关,与近红外1131nm 和1132nm 分别达到最大相关。用近红外波段和红光波段组成的光谱比值植被指数 RVI 与棉花地上部鲜干生物量进行相关研究,所建的鲜干生物量重共8种模型方程相关系数均达到极显著检验水平(α=0.01)。
【Abstract】 The canopy spectral reflectance of 8 cultivars and 4 plant densities with 2 of 8 cultivars were measured by ASD FieldSpec at different stages of cotton correlation between the reflectance spectrum and aboveground fresh and dry biomass respectively.It showed that the highest correlation reached at red wavelength 670nm and 659nm,near infrared wavelength 1131nm and 1132nm respectively.The 8 models for estimation of aboveground fresh and dry biomass were established by hyperspectral ratio vegetation index(RⅥ is the ratio of near infrared and red wavelength reflectance value)respectively. All the models were also significant at 0.01 level.
