阳光对辐射制冷器应用发展的影响

【摘要】 辐射制冷器由于它的综合优势而得到广泛应用.随着红外遥感技术的发展,一方面,辐射制冷器需要满足更低温度更大制冷量的要求,另一方面,辐射制冷器也需要满足不同轨道不同安装位置飞行仪器的使用要求.阳光直射、散射及地球阳光反照影响辐冷器的热性能.在热屏蔽星体结构及仪器的同时,必须屏蔽直射阳光、反照阳光及地球红外辐射.辐冷器结构及安装位置亦受此影响.文章分析了阳光对辐冷器热性能的影响及采取的技术措施.通过采取必要的技术措施,阳光的影响可降低到实际使用允许的范围内,通过精心设计及新工艺新材料的使用,辐射制冷器可以满足不同的使用要求.辐冷器的安装位置并不局限于纯背阳面,可以有不同的选择.
【Abstract】 The radiant coolers are widely used because of its comprehensive advantages. Following the developing of infrared remote sensing, radiant coolers must meet the new demands of lower refrigeration temperature,much refrigeration capacity and suitability for special orbits and installation condition. Because the specula/diffuse reflection of sun light and earth reflection/emission almost affect the thermal properties of radiant coolers, the radiant coolers should be shielded from not only instruments and structure of spaceborne but also the sun light reflection and earth emission/reflection. The structure and installation position of radiant coolers depend on the effect above. The effects of sun light on radiant coolers are presented, and the methods to reduce the effects are also summarized. The effects of sun light on radiant coolers can be controlled to allowable extent for space practical application by deliberate design and high-tech application. The radiant coolers should have wide fields of space application and different choice of installation conditions.
