纳米粉体AFM分析理想分散度的制样研究

【摘要】 纳米粉体的颗粒细小、比表面大、活性高、容易团聚,样品制备的好坏直接影响到AFM成像质量和测量的准确性,本文对影响制样质量的主要因素进行了研究。在改善颗粒团聚和分布均匀性方面,采用旋涂(sp)法制样,和常用滴液法相比,颗粒更分散、分布更均匀,随机选取1-2个测试点获得的测量结果具有一定的代表性和普遍性。对影响纳米粉体AFM成像清晰性和准确性,即分散度的制样条件进行了探讨,建立了AFM理想成像模型,推导了分散度a、理想浓度C、修正系数K的计算公式,并从实验上进行了验证。
【Abstract】 The quality of sample preparation took effect on the conclusion of atomic force microscopy(AFM)because nano powders have SO big surface dimensions and high reactivity that they usually tend to gather.This paper focused on the main factors of sample preparation.Spin coating method instead of drop method was used to disperse particles better and more uniformity.The images on one position at random can’show the usual qualities on other positions.A model on FMidealimages was drawn up and a function of dispersed state a,ideal concentration C dmodifiedfactorKestablished.And the function coincided with the experiments.
