【摘要】 本文介绍了利用静态膨胀法真空装置和残余气体四极质谱计校准标准漏孔的方法,通过试验数据完全符合压力和漏率的理论曲线关系,并给出了该装置测量范围(10-5-10-9)pa·m3/s,装置在校准10-7pa·m3/s的标准漏孔不确定度小于5%(k=2)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper., a method is investigated for calibration of gaseous reference leaks using static expansion vacuum standard and mass spectrometer. The testing data by this method show very good agreement with principle curve between pressure and leak rate. Calibration leak rate of this apparatus is from 10-9pa·m3/s to 10-5pa·m3/s,and at 10-7pa·m3/s the total uncertainty caused by random errors is below 5.0%(k=2).更多还原
