共掺Ce,Cr,Yb,Er磷酸盐激光玻璃的光谱和激光性质

【摘要】 制备了重量百分比为CeO22.8%,Cr2O30.05%,Yb2O315.6%,Er2O30.13%的磷酸盐玻璃(P2O5-K2O-Al2O3-La2O3)。测试了材料的吸收光谱和荧光光谱。利用氙灯泵浦成功实现了1540nm激光输出。结果表明该材料中Cr3+,Yb3+和Er3+ 的浓度之比较合适,材料中Er3+-Yb3+和Yb3+-Cr2+的反向能量转移较低。以保证Cr3+吸收带所需的最低吸收能力为下限,降低总的Cr含量未造成激光阈值大幅度增加。
【Abstract】 Phosphate glasses doping with 2.8% CeO2, 0.05% Cr2O3, 15.6% Yb2O3 and 0.13%Er2O3 by weight based upon P2O5-K2O-Al2O3-La2O3 were prepared. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the glasses were measured. Pumping by Xe flashlamp, the glasses emitted 1540nm laser successfully. The result showed that the ratio of Cr3+, Yb3+ and Er3+ concentrations in the glasses is suitable. The energy back transfer of Er3+-Yb3+ and Yb3+-Cr2+ were low. When the Cr content did not exceed the lower limit, the reduce of it in the glass did not cause the threshold observed in the laser experiment increased greatly.
