【摘要】 目的探讨应用CO2激光手术治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效。方法在急性化脓感染严重时应先用抗菌素治疗,在控制感染后再作CO2激光手术治疗切除。我们采用肾上腺素普鲁卡因局封,这样能达到少出血或不出血,有利于CO2激光手术,术后即喷贝复济,每日二次。结果 71例患者中68例一次治愈,2例二次治愈,1例经三次手术后痊愈。结论 CO2激光手术治疗化脓性肉芽肿具有手术方便出血少,创面外用贝复济后使伤口愈合快的优点。克服了手术切除、电灼、冷冻治疗的一些不足之处,故临床上取得了较好的疗效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment effector of CO2 laser operation to Granuloma Pyogenicum. Methods In general condition, antibacterial should be used firstly in the acute and severe Granuloma Pyogeni cum. When the infection was reduced, CO2 laser can apply to remove the Granuloma. We injected Procain ?hydrochlovide at the pathological area to reduce the blood. After that basic fibroblast growth factor was used two times a day. Results There were 68 cases with Granuloma successively cured in 71 patients which in the first time, 2 were cured at the second time, the last one was cured at the third time. Conclusion Compared with freezing, hand ?operation,electrospray,the CO2 laser operation has bloodless and operator easily. If the therapy combination with basic fibroblast growth factor can promote wound rapidy recovery. So the management method is effective.更多还原
