【摘要】 采用PCR和DNA测序方法,对香猪、上海白猪、大约克夏猪的PIT-1基因进行了单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析.3个猪种PIT、-1基因的第五和第六外显子中均未发现SNP;而第四外显子中出现SNP,在公布序列的272位上有1/2的大约克夏猪为碱基C,其余1/2的大约克夏猪和全部的香猪、上海白猪均发生了C→T 突变,这是一个沉默突变。研究结果初步证明:PIT-1基因第四外显子中的碱基突变及这1个外显子的序列状况可能与香猪的矮小性无关.更多还原

【Abstract】 PCR and DNA sequence measuring were used to analysis the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of the PIT-1 gene in Xiang pig, Shanghai White pig and Yorkshire pig. The results showed the following facts; No SNP was found in the fifth and the sixth exon of PIT-1 gene in these three breeds pigs, and one SNP was found in the fourth exon. The mutation of C→T in the fourth exon was revealed in 272 in the published PIT-1 gene sequence in experimental pigs except 1/2 Yorkshire pigs, and it was a silent mutation. The results demonstrated that the mutation in the fourth exon and the DNA sequence in the three exons of PIT-1 gene were probably independent of dwarfism of Xiang pigs.更多还原
