【摘要】 利用甘油、二甲亚砜、乙二醇和丙二醇4种常用渗透性防冻剂冷冻保存猪精子,以活力、质膜完整率和顶体完整率作为冻融精子功能特性的检测指标,比较不同防冻剂的保护作用效果.不同渗透性防冻荆对猪精子的冷冻保护存在差异,甘油冷冻保存精子活力和顶体完整率最高(46.2±3.1%、58.7±5.3%);乙二醇冷冻保存精子的质膜完整率最大(55.6±4.8%),乙二醇和甘油保护作用不显著(P >0.05);丙二醇冻存精子的活力最低(10.2±2.3%),且与甘油、乙二醇间有极显著差异(P<0.01);丙二醇并不适合猪精子的冷冻保存,乙二醇是一种适合猪精子冷冻保存的渗透性防冻剂.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment, the sperm motility, plasma membrane integrity and acrosome integrity of the frozen -thawed sperm were evaluated as the index of the spermatozoa characteristics. The effect of the four penetrating cryoprotectants (Glycerol, Ethylene glycol, Dimethylsulphoxide, Propylene glycol ) on the cryoprotection of the boar spermatozoa were studied. The results showed that the various penetrating cryoprotectants effects on boar spermatozoa are different. The motility and acrosome integrity with the protection of Glycerol is the best (46. 2± 3.1和58.7±5.3%) ; the rate of plasma membrane integrity with Dimethylsulphoxide reaches the highest (55.6 ±4.8%) , the difference of Glycerol and Dimethylsulphoxide is not significant (P > 0. 05). The motility with Propylene glycol is the worst(10.2±2.3%), and has the significant difference with Glycerol and Ethylene glycol ( P < 0.01) ; The conclusion can be made that Propylene glycol is not equal to cryoprotect for boar sperm freezing, Dimethylsulphoxide has the potentiality to be used in the cryopreservation of boar spermatozoa.更多还原
