【Abstract】 Analysis chromosome of early embryos in bovine oocytes which were fertilized in vitro. At 48h after insemination, the cleavage rates was significantly lower in the 46h group than other groups(P <0.05). By analyzing the chromosomes of embryos at the each stages, in the 4 - cell stage, the incidences of hoploid metaphase in the 46h group was significantly high than 22h group( P < 0.05). In the 8 - cell stage, the incidences of hoploid metaphase in the 46h group was significantly high than 22h and 34h groups( P < 0.05). Each proportion of haploid eggs with X - chromosome in dividual groups were significantly higher than that of Y - chromosome. The morphology of chromosomes in these haploids resembled those of uniform haploids in parthenogenetically - activated eggs.更多还原
