氯化铅对鹌鹑的肝脏和肾脏抗氧化酶的影响

【摘要】 重金属化合物氯化铅(PbCl2)作用于鹌鹑(Coturnix coturnix)后,发现其肝脏、肾脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH —Px)的活性与PbCl2剂量的相关特征.随暴露浓度的升高,肝脏中SOD活性呈现先激活后抑制,最后再激活的趋势,CAT呈现出先抑制后激活的趋势,而GSH—Px 活性变化与CAT相反;肾脏中SOD的活性呈现出先抑制后激活,最后再抑制的趋势,而CAT和GSH—Px的活性则呈现出先激活后抑制的趋势.研究结果表明 SOD,CAT和GSH—Px相结合作为有毒有害重金属铅对鸟类生态环境污染胁迫的敏感生物指示物具有一定的可行性.

【Abstract】 After the action of chloridize plumbum on Cotumix cotumix, the relation of the SOD, CAT and CSH - Px activities of liver and kidney and dose were studied. With the increase of concentration of chloridize plumbum exposed on Coturnix coturnix, SOD activities were activated at first, then restrained, and activated at last in liver, and CAT activities were restrained at first, then activated, and restrained at last in liver, but the CSH - Px are reverse in liver . At the same time, SOD activities were restrained at first, then activated, and restrained at lest in kidney, CAT and GSH - Px activities are reverse. Results above showed that SOD, CAT and CSH - Px can serve as the sensitive bio - markers to venomousness metal plumbum in the environment of bird together.
