山楂叶总黄酮对实验性动脉粥样硬化鹌鹑脏器的保护研究

【摘要】 旨在研究鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型中,动物脏器所受脂质过氧化损伤的程度及山楂叶总黄酮对其的保护作用.将鹌鹑分为正常组、AS组和山楂叶总黄酮实验组.三个月后,处死鹌鹑,取心脏,肝脏,肾脏等组织,匀浆,检测丙二醛 (MDA)含量;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;一氧化氮(NO)含量;乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH),谷丙转氨酶(AST),谷草转氨酶(ALT)活力.结果显示:AS组鹌鹑肝脏、肾脏和心脏脂质过氧化程度明显高于正常组,且脏器损伤严重.山楂叶总黄酮实验组具有良好的抗脏器脂质过氧化作用,与AS组差异明显.结果表明,山楂叶总黄酮能通过抗氧化途径对高胆固醇脂引起的动物肝脏、肾脏和心脏氧化损伤起一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the lipid peroxidation injury of viscus in experimental quails and to evaluate the protective effect of hawthorn leaves flavonoids( HLF) . METHODS: The quails were divided into three groups: the normal group, the AS group and the HLF experimental group. After three monthes, killed the quails, the MDA, NO, content and SOD, LDH, AST, ALT activity in liver, heart and kidney tissue of viscus were tested individually. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, the lipid peroxidation injury on liver, kidney and heart were relatively serious in AS group. The HLF group can effectively resist lipid peroxidation and protect liver, kidney and heart tissues of viscus from injury. CONCLUSION: the protective effect of HLF may be due to anti-lipid peroxidation via on viscus in experimental atherosclerotic quails.
