罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)溞状幼体早期的复眼超微结构

【摘要】 用透射电镜对罗氏沼虾溞状幼体I-Ⅳ期复眼的超微结构进行了研究.光感受器的基本组成单位——小眼,在溞I从远端到近端分别由角膜、2个角膜生成细胞、4个晶锥细胞形成的晶锥、11个小网膜细胞以及周围的多种色素细胞构成.感光部分从溞Ⅱ起组成小眼的11个小网膜细胞分化成远端的4个细胞和近端的7个细胞组成.小眼的感杆束直径随幼体发育从溞I的2.54μm增加到溞Ⅳ的 4.00μm,微纤毛的数量也有所增加;感杆束间距从溞I的5.88μm增加到溞Ⅳ的 7.60μm;晶锥直径也不断增大;随着幼体发育小网膜细胞的胞器种类和数量也逐渐增多.从复眼的超微结构上看,从溞I到溞Ⅳ小眼有一个发育成熟的过程,复眼的感光功能是逐渐完善的.
【Abstract】 The fine structure of the compound eyes of early zoae (zoaea I - IV) of Macrobrachium rosenbergii was studied by transmission electron microscope. The results show that the ommatidium which is the basic unit of the photoreceptor is composed of cornea, four cone cells, eleven retinular cells and pigment cells in zoaea I . The e-leven retinular cells, which compose the sensate part of an ommatidium, are divided into distal part( four cells) and proximal part( seven cells) in zoaea II. With the development of the larva from zoaea I to zoaea IV the diameter of the rhabdom increases from 2.54μm to 4.00μm to fellow a multiplying of quantity of the microvilus, the distance between the rhabdoms increases from 5.88μm to 7.60μm and the diameter of the cone increases, too. The number and the kind of the organelles in the cell increase with the development of the zoaea. The fine structure indicates that zoaea obtains the function of the light sensation gradually.
