【Abstract】 After analysing the genomic sequence of different IBV strains, we found that a fragment of IBV N gene is highly conserved. We designed a pair of primers based on this fragment and set up an RT- PCR method to detect IBV rapidly. This method is sensitive and specific.更多还原
