【摘要】 该实验采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和水平板淀粉凝胶电泳技术,检测了安哥拉山羊的血液中,血红蛋白(Hb)等8个座位的蛋白多态性,检测到后白蛋白(Po)、运铁蛋白 (Tf)、血清碱性磷酸酶(Alp)3个座位多态。发现了表现多态的血液蛋白基因型单独或组合与生产性状之间存在相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood samples from 73 Angora goats were exemined for polymorphism in heamoglobin (Hb) and so on eight loci with vertical polyacylamide - gel and horizontal starchgelelectrophoresis. It was found that Tf, Po Alp loci are polymorphic and the others are monomorphic. The correlation between the blood protein genotypes and prduction traits was analysised. The results revealed that Alp and Polici are correlated with some production traits.更多还原
