毛蚶精子发生过程中精母细胞的结构特征

【摘要】 利用透射电镜(TEM)技术研究了毛蚶精子发生过程中精母细胞的结构特征。初级精母细胞期,细胞质体积逐步增大,线粒体数目逐渐增多,且大部分集中分布于细胞的一端; 次级精母细胞期,线粒体发生融合,数目减少,但体积增大,最后剩下数个大的线粒体球位于紧挨核膜处;胞质中的溶酶体逐渐积累内含物并发生融合,向与线粒体集中一端的相对侧的方向迁移,形成扁囊状的原顶体。
【Abstract】 Structural characteristics of spermatocytes during spermatogenesis of Scapharca subcrenata were studied with transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The number of mitochondria in cytoplasm at the primary spermatocyte stage increased gradually, most of which are located at one side of primary spermatocyte. At the secondary spermatocyte stage, mitochondria interfused, gradually decreased in number and enlarged in size. Finally, only few were found near to the nuclear membrane; lysosomes in cytoplasm gradually accumulated inclusions and migrated tothe opposite side of mitochondria, became flatly saccate pre-acrosome vesicle.
