壳聚糖对高血脂大鼠血脂代谢、血糖及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 研究从虾、蟹壳中提取壳聚糖,对高血脂大鼠血脂代谢、血糖及免疫功能的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖具有降低高血脂动物血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用;降低血清中血糖的含量,同时能增强机体的免疫功能,降低肝脏组织中脂质过氧化的含量。这为进一步拓宽壳聚糖的开发利用范围,变废为宝提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 we investigated the effect of chitosan extracted from shrimp and crab shell on serum lipid metabolism, blood suger and immune function in hyperlipidemic rats. The results indicated that chitosan could obviously reduced serum Total Cholesterol, Triglyceride, LDL - C and blood sugar, while reduced Malondialdehyde content of liver and increased the immune function in body. The chitosan made from waste materials were valuable and had a wide range of application in various fields.
