【摘要】 本文应用Langendorff离体心脏技术和离体心脏冠脉灌流技术,研究自制中草药复合配方健心工号(GI)对豚鼠离体灌流心脏的作用。结果表明:GI在一定浓度下对离体心脏具有增加冠脉流量,保持心率基本不变,对心脏收缩幅度有所增加的作用。GI能完全对抗对照实验脑垂体后叶素引起的冠脉收缩作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using Langendroff isolated heart technics and isolated perfused coronary artery methods, we investigated the action of GI on isolated perfused cavy heart. The results indicated that GI could increase coronary blood flow and contract range of heart, had no influence in rhythem of the heart. GI could resist the action of pituitrin that can cause contract of coronary artery directly.更多还原
